Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period. Refund requests within 30 days of purchase will be honored.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flash Daily Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.
